About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer inbound calls for clients' businesses from home
- Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients
- Handle standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls
- Complete training for each call type
- Work in a steady, fast-paced environment with back-to-back calls
- Meet performance measures for quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work time
- Choose weekly shifts according to performance tier
Requirements
What you’ll need- Position only available to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona
- Availability for 40 hours per week
- Availability for a minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the first 8–12 weeks after training
- Flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to listen well and remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Dependability and punctuality for every scheduled shift
- Strong computer skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools
- Full availability for 40 hours per week during the 2-week training and 8–12-week Learning & Development period
- Must be physically located and working in an eligible state for the duration of employment
- Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet requirements before starting
- Successful completion of a background check after a conditional offer
