About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth and platform adoption through clear positioning, compelling content, and sales enablement
- Project manage cross-functional teams to plan and execute launches for product features, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy changes
- Write product release materials, demo scripts, and knowledge center articles
- Track launch impact, win rates, and sales asset usage to refine positioning and enablement
- Maintain Anza’s value proposition and create audience-appropriate messaging for products and personas
- Develop and maintain customer persona segmentation
- Lead competitive positioning and maintain knowledge of Anza’s competitive landscape
- Train sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success teams on releases, messaging, and proof points
- Serve as the daily point person for sales on the demo environment, positioning, and customer proof points
- Conduct customer interviews and develop case studies, testimonials, references, and videos
- Build and maintain a library of customer proof points organized by vertical, persona, and success metric
- Create webinar slide content and moderate prospect and client webinars
- Coordinate internal subject-matter experts and client speakers
- Create videos for the platform user knowledge center
- Act as marketing’s primary liaison to the product team
- Advise on in-platform terminology and UX copy
- Identify new visuals needed for websites, collateral, emails, social media, and other channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including owning launches or releases end-to-end
- Experience leading cross-functional GTM teams for product launches or releases
- Experience leading sales and internal training
- Experience conducting customer interviews
- Experience moderating and creating webinar content
- In-depth knowledge of product marketing best practices and commitment to staying current on trends
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data
- Comfortable using AI thoughtfully for research, data analysis, process automation, or early drafts
- Nice to have: 2+ years of solar or energy storage industry experience
- Application requirements: 1 launch or release plan; 1 sales training or enablement asset; 1 messaging or positioning document
