About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse sales, margins, costs and profitability across products, markets and business segments
Help teams understand business performance and identify the reasons behind results
Partner with European Sales Directors, country teams, Finance and Operations
Prepare and improve financial reports, forecasts, budgets and KPIs
Identify trends, potential risks and opportunities
Support scenario analysis and assess the financial impact of business decisions
Identify process gaps and suggest more efficient ways of working
Support strategic initiatives, business reviews and ad hoc analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
Around 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial controlling or management accounting
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and working with large datasets
Basic Excel macro knowledge
Experience working with SAP
Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and countries
Proactive, structured approach and confidence to work independently
Curiosity, resourcefulness and initiative
Ability to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment
