Develop user stories and plan sprints using the Scrum methodology.
Monitor the development, integrated testing, and functional testing of customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work on projects for leading companies in their respective industries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience implementing ServiceNow in one of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSM, SOM, ITBM, S2P, ITOM, IRM, or SecOps.
Experience leading solution platform implementations.
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at different organizational levels.
Experience delivering presentations and workshops.
At least one of the following certifications: CSA and CIS in one or more of the modules listed above.
Advanced Spanish is a plus.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
