About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar design software
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and produce accurate design documents
Ensure drawings and models comply with industry standards, municipal specifications, and regulatory requirements
Maintain organized project files and revise drawings as needed
Assist in preparing documentation packages for client and regulatory approvals
Assist with data collection, field measurements, and design modifications
Stay current with drafting technologies, software updates, and industry best practices
Support the design and development of municipal infrastructure projects, including water/wastewater systems, site utilities, structural layouts, and related facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar 3D modeling and drafting software
5+ years of experience with municipal infrastructure projects preferred
Experience with water/wastewater, site utilities, or structural layouts
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Associate’s degree (A.S.) in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred but not required
Equivalent work experience will be considered
