About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the overall client solution strategy, architecture, and project direction across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, PPM, and Fleet Management solutions
Provide executive-level guidance on project direction, risks, escalations, and transformation strategy
Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders
Manage issue identification, escalation, and resolution
Serve as overall Solution Architect for end-to-end business transformation projects
Manage functional relationships and strategic alignment with customer stakeholders
Lead project teams on solution architecture, business process design, and Oracle Cloud capabilities
Partner with technical architects on integration, reporting, security, and extension strategies
Work with functional leads to determine optimal enterprise solutions
Drive process standardization, transformation, and adoption of Oracle Cloud best practices
Lead enterprise solution design and governance activities
Facilitate solution workshops, design sessions, and executive reviews
Align scope, delivery approach, and risk mitigation strategies with project leadership
Guide teams toward scalable and sustainable solutions
Drive architecture decisions across ERP, EPM, SCM, Projects, Fleet, and integrated third-party platforms
Support business development, solution strategy, and proposal development
Review Statements of Work and advise on scope, assumptions, risks, and delivery approach
Participate in sales presentations, client workshops, and solution demonstrations
Conduct candidate interviews and recommend staffing strategies
Advise leadership on resource investments, solution offerings, and practice development
Support thought leadership, accelerators, implementation methodologies, and industry solutions
May manage a team and conduct interviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background supporting or selling in related markets
Strong consulting background
Bachelor’s degree in or commensurate experience required
Strong Oracle Cloud functional expertise across ERP, EPM, SCM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Fleet Management solutions
Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses)
Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), including PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, and Tax Reporting
Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial close and consolidation, management and regulatory reporting, and ERP/EPM integration
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, including inventory management, cost management, procurement, supplier management, order management, manufacturing, supply planning, demand planning, and logistics and warehouse operations
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Knowledge of Oracle Fleet Management solutions
Strong ability to sell
Reliable and consistent internet connection
Ability to work full time
Ability to travel to customer sites
Ability to perform prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to bend, sit, lift, and drive
