About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Oracle Cloud HCM functional consulting services as a subject matter expert
- Lead clients through the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation lifecycle as workstream lead
- Guide clients in Oracle Cloud HCM modules of expertise
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to meet client requirements
- Document application setups
- Contribute to thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Lead deep discussions to educate stakeholders and negotiate decisions when needed
- Maintain continuing education through training and certification exams
- Participate in internal projects
- Provide expertise and assistance to colleagues on projects
- Assist with training technical staff, conduct interviews, assign project staff duties, oversee workflow, and perform project performance evaluations as applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of three years' experience in a Functional HCM Lead role with exposure to global, cross-pillar Cloud projects
- Minimum of at least three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project participation and/or go-lives, preferably cross-pillar and global
- Clear understanding in two or more areas of the Cloud HCM suite, including Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Recruiting and Talent
- Hands-on implementation experience configuring components of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Prior experience in requirements gathering, reporting tools and creating end user manuals
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
- Thorough understanding of Oracle principles and planning
- Proficiency with general and specialized applications, software, and hardware
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the customer project
- Ability to deliver high quality work products on time and under pressure
- Ability to work independently and with a team
