About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide personalized academic and career counseling regarding courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships
- Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries
- Convert leads into enrollments and meet monthly targets
- Handle applications and maintain communication with parents
- Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with the admissions team
- Monitor industry trends, competitive programs, and emerging career opportunities
- Maintain counseling interaction records in the CRM
- Expand and manage a database of prospective students
Requirements
What you’ll need- Any UG / PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
- Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways
- Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
- Flexible for 6 days working from the office with rotational weekly off
