About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Any UG / PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
  • Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways; training provided
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Flexible for 6 days of working from the office with rotational weekly off
