Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a structured, project-based summer internship program
Gain hands-on project experience
Develop skills, technology and systems knowledge, business acumen, and professional capabilities
Receive regular coaching and feedback from mentors and supervisors
Participate in leadership activities and presentations
Connect with the leadership team through various events
Gain exposure to other Apogee locations and business units
Partner with other interns through projects, community events, and social activities
Work within Apogee Architectural Metals, which provides aluminum windows, curtainwall, storefront, and entrance systems through design, engineering, extrusion, finishing, fabrication, and assembly

What you’ll need

Available for a summer internship from May through August 2027
12-week minimum commitment
Interest in Operations Excellence Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or Human Resources
Departments and number of positions are not currently finalized
