About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate marketing financial operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice tracking, accrual support, budget reconciliations, vendor setup and spend reporting
- Maintain trackers and dashboards for brand budgets, commitments, actuals and forecasts
- Identify budget variances, missing information and required follow-up
- Administer marketing governance calendars, templates, records and approval checkpoints
- Coordinate promotional material review workflows through final approval and archive approved materials
- Perform bilingual quality assurance and production checks when qualified
- Build, document and improve marketing workflows, operational tools, checklists and service-level expectations
- Support agency and vendor administration, contracting inputs, onboarding, timelines, deliverables, invoice follow-up and performance documentation
- Coordinate marketing meetings, budget reviews, governance reviews and action tracking
- Monitor process performance, recommend improvements and use technology, automation and AI responsibly
- Ensure adherence to ethics, compliance, quality, safety, environment and HR policies
- Report suspected adverse drug reactions to Global Pharmacovigilance according to corporate SOPs
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma or undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, finance, communications or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong process rigor, organization and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and deadlines accurately
- Financial acumen with budgets, reconciliations, spreadsheets and variance tracking
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation and version control
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and Copilot
- Comfort using digital tools, automation and AI responsibly
- Internships or 1–2 years of experience in relevant roles
- Experience with AI to improve processes through projects
