About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead identification, prioritization, selection, execution and evaluation of Lean projects
  • Drive waste reduction, productivity improvements, customer satisfaction and product flow
  • Facilitate communication of LEAN initiatives through hallway forums, town halls and senior leadership briefings
  • Track and report progress on improvement initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Coach and mentor employees in practical LEAN tools and improvement initiatives
  • Conduct and facilitate training on LEAN and Six Sigma
  • Drive participation in the implementation and execution of the POBOS project
  • Participate in and lead employee performance conversations, including monthly one-on-ones
  • Support employee development, onboarding, talent attraction and hiring
  • Ensure adherence to compliance programs, company policies and procedures
  • Participate as a member of the Site Leadership Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum B Tech / B Pharm / MPharm / MBA
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field of expertise
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and ability in handling VSM, Apo-OEE and Kaizen improvements
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Strong time management skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
