About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform material movement duties in the warehouse, including physical receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods
  • Operate equipment to pick orders and restock, verifying products, lot numbers, and quantities and updating SAP
  • Pack shipments using SAP, wrapping, labeling, and weighing skids and verifying order and shipping labels
  • Ship orders using a computerized freight management system
  • Move materials to optimize warehouse space
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while complying with equipment training requirements
  • Receive materials and verify shipments for overages, shortages, and damaged goods
  • Notify the Inventory Analyst of inventory discrepancies
  • Comply with GMPs, SODs, SWPs, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments as needed
  • Collaborate as a team member to achieve outcomes
  • Maintain adherence to ethics, quality, safety, environmental, and HR policies
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations
  • Willing to work various shifts and/or overtime when needed
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a logistics environment preferred
  • Pharmaceutical experience is an asset
