About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • Up to 1 year of work experience preferred but not required
  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic awareness of digital literacy skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to deal tactfully with customers, patients, community and family members
  • Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly
  • Ability to choose the most appropriate action by considering relative costs and benefits
  • Ability to function in clinical settings with diverse cultural dynamics of clinical staff and patients
  • Additional training may be required or provided for virtual platform
