About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own HubSpot configuration, workflows, custom objects, pipelines, permissions, and data hygiene across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Design and maintain account and lead segmentation models for multiple GTM motions
- Build and own lead routing, territory, round-robin, and rules-based logic
- Design, implement, and tune lead scoring models based on fit and engagement
- Maintain lifecycle stages and scoring models aligned across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product-Led Growth
- Build dashboards and reports showing pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue performance
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify process gaps and implement scalable HubSpot solutions
- Own HubSpot integrations with the broader GTM stack and evaluate new tools
- Use AI-powered enrichment and automation to update, deduplicate, and improve CRM data
- Establish and enforce data governance, deduplication, field standardization, and enrichment processes
- Support quota and territory planning, forecasting, and compensation reporting
- Train and support GTM end users on HubSpot best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience; admin-level experience required
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Experience building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, custom properties, reporting, and pipeline automation
- Experience designing segmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring models across multiple GTM motions
- Ability to balance PLG, sales-led, and/or partner motions within one system
- Strong SQL or spreadsheet skills for data analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with GTM tools including Slack, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier/Workato, or similar
- Experience integrating new tools into HubSpot
- Experience using AI-powered enrichment or automation tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar
- Systems-thinking mindset
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
