Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend product features for Workflow and Automation solutions
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and Node.js
Develop responsive frontend functionality using React and modern state management solutions
Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other development teams
Contribute to SaaS architecture evolution, scalability, reliability, and support for thousands of tenants
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability in production
Share knowledge, support teammates, and provide technical assistance to customers when needed
Work in a small, empowered Scrum team to deliver user- and business-driven features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid commercial experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot, including RESTful APIs, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Data JDBC
Strong practical experience with TypeScript and Node.js for backend development, serverless functions, or API resolvers
Strong frontend development experience with React 18, modern state management solutions such as Redux or TanStack Query, and routing libraries
Good understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and application architecture, including trade-offs
Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using JUnit 5, Mockito, Vitest, and Playwright
Proficiency with Git, Maven, Docker, and a development IDE
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile team
Good English communication skills at B2 level or higher
Willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally
