About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and data models
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process-improvement opportunities
Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce capabilities
Support Salesforce integrations with other business systems and ensure reliable data flow and data quality
Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, manage enhancements, and contribute to Salesforce administration, optimization, security, and performance
Contribute to Salesforce architecture, development standards, documentation, testing, and release processes
Report to the Director, Enterprise Applications
Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce platform solutions, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data models, data migration, and Salesforce integrations with other business applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to work independently in a global, remote-first environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and document work
