About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead marketing engagement with payer and health system customers, including co-developed outreach campaigns and materials that connect patients with aptihealth care
- Plan and execute marketing for prospective payer and health system customers, including account-based marketing in Salesforce
- Create sales enablement content and customer presentations
- Own or contribute to organic social, SEO, and paid and traditional marketing, with an eye on customer acquisition cost
- Analyze landing-page and conversion data to improve the funnel
- Support website updates and redesigns, PR and communications
- Lead or support events, tradeshows and sponsorships, including some travel
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver on marketing priorities
- Report to the Chief Operations Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing specialist or similar role
- Experience developing outreach campaigns that drive patient or member engagement
- Experience using marketing performance data to evaluate and improve campaigns
- Experience with marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels
- Experience with content development
- Experience with customer or B2B engagement marketing
- Experience marketing to B2B healthcare audiences, particularly payers, health plans, health systems, or similar healthcare organizations
- Strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing, including SEO, social media and market research
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, including Salesforce preferred, web analytics, ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Based in the Albany–Clifton Park–Saratoga Springs region
- HTML, CSS or web development experience
