About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead CFSI governance in alignment with the nuclear safety policy
- Structure and monitor the management of actions related to detection, suspected cases, confirmed cases, and associated action plans
- Lead the cross-functional CFSI committee and define responsibilities through a RACI matrix
- Establish, monitor, and communicate CFSI indicators (KPI/PPI)
- Represent the CFSI program to external stakeholders
- Deploy an alert system and manage the CFSI portal, associated processes, procedures, and methods
- Conduct ALCOA+ assessments and define the associated action plans
- Standardize practices through a global CFSI framework and risk classification system
- Lead digitalization initiatives, including analytics, AI, and automated controls
- Maintain a consolidated digital dashboard
- Strengthen detection methods and implement CFSI audits at critical suppliers
- Standardize incident management: detection, escalation, containment, investigation, and closure
- Facilitate the CFSI operational community and support teams in implementing actions
- Ensure that every case is communicated, contained, and addressed at all levels
- Deliver training and lead annual awareness campaigns
- Develop multilingual e-learning modules
- Support the development of strategic suppliers and the definition of processes
- Coach and develop SQ team capabilities in Product, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated professional experience in component manufacturing
- Strong understanding of design, quality control, and manufacturing processes
- Strong expertise in quality, risk management, compliance, or industrial oversight
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in audit, document analysis, and investigation tools
- Ability to manage indicators, alert systems, and dashboards
- Experience in a demanding industrial environment, such as nuclear, energy, rail, or aerospace
- Cross-functional leadership and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations
- Rigor, integrity, and strong sense of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- More than 10 years of proven experience in quality, compliance, auditing, or risk management
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken; French is a plus
- Ideally, experience with complex projects in heavy industry, energy, or nuclear
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites
