About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, deploy, and continuously improve the project performance management framework for a portfolio, covering cost, schedule, risks, and opportunities.
  • Define and maintain the performance indicators required to manage projects and the portfolio.
  • Ensure the availability, quality, consistency, and consolidation of management data produced by the Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management, and other contributing functions.
  • Produce a reliable, consolidated, and forward-looking view of project performance, highlighting cross-impacts among cost, schedule, risks, and execution.
  • Apply critical analysis to performance assumptions, forecasts, and trends in order to support sound management decisions.
  • Structure, implement, and facilitate project governance and management routines, ensuring their continuous improvement.
  • Structure and maintain risk and opportunity registers, ensure comprehensive identification, and manage the monitoring of associated action plans.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of risks and opportunities on project cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Produce dashboards, reports, and performance analyses to identify variances, trends, and key areas requiring attention.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external performance reviews.
  • Monitor action plans, ensure decision traceability, and disseminate the information required for project execution.
  • Provide Project Directors with a clear view of project trajectories and contribute to anticipating deviations and defining corrective actions.
  • Take on additional operational coordination and project management support activities as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Significant experience in complex project management, Project Controls, PMO, or program management.
  • Good knowledge of power island systems (turbines, generators, heat exchangers, BOP), ideally in the nuclear sector.
  • In-depth understanding of project life cycles, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.
  • Excellent command of project management fundamentals: planning, cost control, risk management, reporting, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders, both internally and with customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to assess business risks and opportunities.
  • Experience in complex contractual environments and commercial negotiations is an advantage.
