About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess the compliance of digital solutions, particularly industrial control systems, with the company’s security policy and applicable regulations
  • Conduct risk analyses and ensure the implementation of the necessary security measures
  • Prepare supporting documentation demonstrating solution compliance
  • Coordinate and lead cybersecurity risk analyses and security assessments of Arabelle Solutions products
  • Develop threat modeling analyses and perform gap analyses against regulatory and industry-standard requirements
  • Define and monitor the implementation of cybersecurity measures throughout product development and operational maintenance
  • Organize and monitor product security verification and validation activities
  • Assess the cybersecurity of suppliers and components integrated into solutions in collaboration with Supply Chain teams
  • Raise awareness and train teams on product cybersecurity threats and best practices
  • Prepare regulatory compliance dossiers and contribute to monitoring product-related security incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree or a university Master’s degree in engineering or computer science, with a specialization in cybersecurity
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in an industrial, energy, or defense environment
  • Experience conducting EBIOS or equivalent risk analyses
  • Experience designing and securing industrial information systems
  • Experience performing threat modeling studies on complex systems
  • Experience assessing compliance or conducting cybersecurity audits of industrial information systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of automation products and industrial control systems in the industrial, energy, or nuclear sectors
  • Strong command of standards and regulations relating to industrial cybersecurity, particularly IEC 62443, IEC 62645, and the Cyber Resilience Act
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications, as well as an IEC 62443 certification (Expert or equivalent), would be an asset
