About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and own product marketing at Aragorn
  • Develop positioning and messaging for HRIS, People Systems, People Analytics, HR Operations, and CHRO buyers
  • Create customer stories, POV pieces, webinars, guides, product narratives, landing pages, sales materials, and campaigns
  • Interview customers and prospects to understand problems, buying motivations, alternatives, and triggers
  • Own go-to-market motions for new products, capabilities, integrations, and use cases
  • Partner with Demand Generation to test messages, personas, offers, and campaigns that generate qualified conversations
  • Provide Sales with stories, proof points, competitive positioning, decks, and sales materials
  • Turn customer outcomes into case studies, quantified proof points, references, and reusable sales assets
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence across HR analytics, integration platforms, HCM vendors, AI tools, and the status quo
  • Build narratives, content, and follow-up programs around industry events and webinars
  • Own Aragorn’s website and digital market-facing narrative
  • Work closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, and Demand Generation
  • In the first 90 days, understand customers and ICP, sharpen positioning for the three Studios, establish content and campaign cadence, strengthen customer proof, and launch GTM experiments
  • Drive qualified pipeline, conversion, customer proof, market positioning, and faster product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with significant product marketing experience
  • Experience marketing complex enterprise software
  • Experience in HR technology, People Analytics, HCM, data/integration infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise AI is strongly preferred
  • Experience marketing to HR technology, HRIS, People Analytics, People Operations, or CHRO audiences is a plus
  • Track record of turning technical products into simple, compelling business narratives
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; comfortable personally creating content
  • Experience working directly with founders, sales teams, customers, and product teams
  • Comfort interviewing customers and turning conversations into positioning, content, and market insights
  • Experience launching new products or categories where the playbook was not already established
  • Strong understanding of how product marketing connects to pipeline and revenue
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with high ownership, speed, and ambiguity
