About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product delivery within a dedicated team consisting of a Team Leader and four developers, from discovery through launch
- Act as the interface between business and technical teams
- Drive the product vision and transformation projects, primarily involving internal tools and processes
- Identify issues in the field and translate user needs into actionable specifications
- Facilitate prioritization decisions with Product Specialists and manage the team’s roadmap
- Lead projects end to end: ownership, production planning, technical/business trade-offs, and deployments
- Write specifications, lead functional acceptance testing, and monitor quality KPIs
- Contribute to Level 2/3 support for complex cases and coordinate the implementation of sustainable fixes
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and solution exploration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience, including 3 to 5 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner working on digital products
- Significant experience leading and coordinating a team of developers
- Strong analytical, problem-formalization, and functional reasoning skills
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Hands-on, field-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with data: Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent
- Practical experience using AI tools in product management
- Technical knowledge of software development or Lean methodologies is a strong plus
- French: C1+
- English: B2+
