About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in implementation and delivery of assigned projects
Design third-party risk management systems for enterprise clients
Work with clients to discern detailed actionable requirements
Assist with effort estimates and oversee project teams
Administer client design workshops
Translate client requirements into detailed Aravo configuration requirements
Perform advanced Aravo solution configuration
Answer project team design and configuration questions
Perform advanced problem solving and troubleshooting
Document design and configuration best practices
Advise client configuration teams, provide best practices, educate, and troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback on internal processes and future services configuration builds
Update project leads on deliverable status versus schedule
Identify out-of-scope functionality and raise scope-creep concerns
Work independently and autonomously with limited oversight
Develop effort estimates for future client work
Use project templates and tools effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert understanding of a software delivery life cycle and more than one type of delivery methodology
Expert understanding of delivery challenges specific to a SaaS delivery environment
Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external resources
Excellent communication and customer-facing presentation skills
Aptitude for constructing customer relationships to provide opportunities for expansion and growth
Expert problem-solving skills
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working autonomously to achieve project outcomes
2+ years of Aravo configuration experience highly preferred
2+ years working with Third Party Risk Management systems highly desirable
1+ year of professional experience working directly with external clients
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into a software delivery plan and document and communicate that plan
Ability to use a computer and communicate via video or written means
Ability to travel as needed (10% or more)
Ability to work during normal business hours and after hours and weekends as needed
