About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for sales tools and technology platforms supporting Wholesale and Commercial Operations
  • Manage and develop a team responsible for platform administration, user support, system enhancements, and business process improvements
  • Onboard and scale new business units within the online tool while partnering with technology for integration
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Merchandising, Technology, and regional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and prioritize technology investments
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal technology teams to negotiate priorities, evaluate opportunities, and deliver platform enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions improving operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience
  • Drive adoption, change management, and communication plans
  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and business outcomes for continuous improvement
  • Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and operating procedures
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives connecting commercial processes, technology solutions, and business objectives across regions and channels
  • Develop long-term platform strategies for scalability, integration, automation, and reporting
  • Lead implementation and integration of new technologies and capabilities
  • Build relationships with external vendor partners
  • Grow team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and subject matter expertise development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • You have 7+ years of experience supporting business operations, commercial technology, sales enablement, business systems, program management, or a related field
  • You have experience leading technology-enabled business initiatives from strategy, concept through implementation and adoption
  • You have experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
  • You have experience managing third-party vendors, technology partners, and strategic business relationships
  • You possess strong business acumen and can connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
  • You have strong project and program management capabilities, including managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • You are highly effective at translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
  • You have strong analytical skills and use data to inform decisions
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
