About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support successful execution of retail operations projects and day-to-day execution across the store network
- Coordinate communications between stores and Ops Sol Program Managers
- Maintain operational resources and track deliverables
- Support implementation of programs that enhance the store experience
- Coordinate operational projects and retail program execution
- Develop and submit store communications
- Pull and maintain project reporting
- Edit and maintain store operations resources, procedures, and documentation
- Partner with IT on ticket support and escalation
- Coordinate non-merchandise forecasting and ordering with vendors
- Collect, organize, and summarize operational data
- Gather information, track action items, and ensure project alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor store feedback and escalate operational challenges
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates
- Assist with pilot programs, operational launches, and process improvement projects
- Respond to operational inquiries and connect stores with appropriate resources
- Support development and improvement of processes, retail programs, systems, and operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational complexity
- Support reporting-tool updates and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a degree or post-secondary education in business, operations, or project management, or equivalent experience
- You have 1+ years of experience supporting retail operations, project coordination, or store-based initiatives
- You have 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment
- You are exceptionally organized, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- You are open and approachable, with a customer-service focused mentality
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- You can multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities working in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong project coordination skills and are comfortable tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- You are proficient in tools like Excel and Smartsheet
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living
