About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support delivery of NAM Retail Training and Communications across the store network
  • Partner with Training & Communications Program Managers to gather information, track action items, and ensure project and program alignment
  • Support coordination and delivery of NAM Retail Training initiatives, including core and cyclical training programs
  • Coordinate NAM Retail Communications so stores receive clear, accurate, and timely information
  • Support planning and logistics of training and learning events, including timelines, milestones, and on-the-ground coordination
  • Maintain accurate data sets for the NAM Retail Training & Communications team’s programs and initiatives
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Retail Training and Communications – NAM and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support development and improvement of processes for a high-growth organization
  • Support rollout of new retail programs, systems, and operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational complexity for stores
  • Partner on initiatives supporting business growth and evolving retail operating models
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects that improve store experience and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Degree or post-secondary education in business, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in coordination, communications, or project coordination
  • 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment
  • Exceptional organization, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Open and approachable, with a customer-service focused mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project coordination skills and comfort tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  • Experience planning or supporting learning events is a strong asset
  • Experience working within a communications or training function is a strong asset
  • Proficient in Excel, AI tools, PowerPoint, Word, and Smartsheet
  • Experience with Zipline or similar employee communication platforms is a strong asset
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Passion for getting outside and living
