Senior Manager, Global Brand Programs

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Steward the long-term global brand positioning, narrative, and strategic priorities with Brand Strategy leadership
- Own the global storytelling calendar at a strategic level
- Drive Global Brand Content and distribution strategy to expand reach, engagement, and brand impact
- Influence the direction of the brand’s Circularity initiatives
- Lead and develop team members, enabling high performance and career development
- Design and own strategic frameworks for global brand programs, storytelling systems, and seasonal brand priorities
- Define success metrics and guardrails for brand programs
- Support long-term strategy and positioning for the Brand’s Community Impact portfolio
- Support development of global GTM strategy, seasonal brand objectives, and briefs
- Lead enablement sessions for regions and partners
- Use consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Act as brand steward and cultural leader, advocating for brand integrity and authenticity
- Partner with the creative team on the Brand’s long-form storytelling platform
- Evolve social impact and sustainability strategy
- Develop brand tools and resources such as toolkits, playbooks, and guidelines
- Craft global briefs and partner with global creative throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, Community, Sports Marketing, Retail, Regional Marketing, agencies, and other operational teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience within a global organization
- Deep understanding of brand and product marketing in the outdoor industry
- Experience in people management and leading teams
- Authentic connection to and acute awareness of the outdoor industry, technical outdoor product, and outdoor sport culture
- Proven track record of building successful strategic marketing plans within brand and/or product marketing
- Proven experience working and connecting with people from the outdoor industry across the globe
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify solutions or improvements
- Strong awareness of the Arc’teryx brand, product and consumer
- Flexibility and creativity when faced with ambiguity
- Passion for getting outside
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
