About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the energy transition team working on electrification and transport of renewable energy
Develop permit, execution, and as-built plans
Work on high-voltage cable projects and future pipeline and heating projects
Determine routes and develop technical feasibility and detailed studies
Produce plans and review junior colleagues’ plans for quality
Provide improvement feedback on junior colleagues’ plans
Participate in energy transition projects ranging from several hundred meters to several tens of kilometers
Contribute to the rollout of sustainable utility infrastructure across Belgium

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of relevant experience designing underground infrastructure (sewers or utility pipelines)
Experience with underground high-voltage cables or pipelines is a plus, but not required
Experience with software tools such as Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk Civil 3D, or similar software
Good knowledge of underground infrastructure, including KLIP/KLIM, trenches, and directional drilling
Ability to interpret topographical data
Ability to apply provided guidelines, the OMV standards book, and specific client requirements
Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus
Passion for energy transition and sustainable, climate-neutral solutions
Teamwork, eagerness to learn, and customer orientation
