About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, query, and manage claims corrections according to defined business rules and procedures
- Research the scope and complexity of issues and identify steps to resolve internal data exceptions across various systems
- Determine root causes for data quality errors and recommend long-term solutions
- Determine the business impact level of data quality issues
- Collaborate with Claims TPAs, programmers, approved vendors, and cross-functional business units to analyze and correct data quality errors
- Produce ad-hoc reporting for TPA, Business, IT teams, and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience and strong aptitude with SQL
- Some experience in Snowflake preferred
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance claims operations, particularly commercial property and casualty claims
- Adherence to data quality standards
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to self-start and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
