About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems supporting Submission Clearance, Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance, Compliance, Auto, and other operations as needed
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately according to specifications
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables

- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed
