About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide service delivery for moderately complicated accounts for policy & endorsement issuance
  • File documentation and set-up
  • Review account information for entry into appropriate systems to ensure quality data reporting
  • Order, prepare and/or update reports
  • Perform policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model
  • Process various underwriting transactions and requests
  • Communicate with internal functions and brokers as key contact for assigned accounts
  • Perform booking/invoicing
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated technical skills and insurance knowledge (WC, GL, Property & Commercial Auto)
  • Analytical and problem solving ability
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Demonstrated resource for colleagues and other internal business partners
  • Self-directed showing personal accountability and sense of urgency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Insurance industry
  • Experience with WC, GL, Property and/or Commercial Auto
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Insurance Designation preferred
