About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard company leadership on ARCHIMED’s S&I framework
Define ESG and impact objectives with management
Build a 3 to 5 year roadmap and annual targets with each company
Review yearly progress and set objectives for the next year
Monitor performance in line with SFDR and LP commitments
Report to investors and identify portfolio-wide themes
Align regularly with the Director of S&I and contribute to the S&I strategy
Supervise S&I team members on part of the monitoring work
Build strong relationships with the investment teams
Support 10 to 20 of approximately 40 portfolio companies, working hands-on with management, the Director of S&I and investment teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 to 15 years of experience in S&I, ideally in both consulting and corporate roles
Hands-on experience implementing S&I programs in SMEs or mid-market companies
Strong knowledge of S&I frameworks and disclosures (SFDR, KPIs, roadmaps)
Experience working with C-suite executives internationally
Strong leadership and initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity
Pragmatic and solution-oriented
Constructive and humble
Healthcare-related S&I experience (nice to have)
Technical experience in supply chain engagement (nice to have)
Expertise in environmental and LCA assessments (nice to have)
