About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the account-based marketing target, including meetings held and opportunities created, forecasting and account-level reporting
- Manage approximately 300 target accounts segmented by brand type and firmographics
- Define buying committees and account-specific plays across priority, mid-tier, and long-tail accounts
- Coordinate continuously with Account Executives and a BDR
- Monitor account- and stakeholder-level buying signals
- Orchestrate email, LinkedIn, paid social, direct mail, events, and warm introductions
- Write and edit BASHOs, executive outreach, sequences, and campaign copy, including AI-generated drafts
- Develop creative, unconventional account-entry strategies and structured experiments
- Design the ABM system connecting research, enrichment, signal detection, sequencing, CRM, and reporting
- Own the ABM/GTM tooling stack and attribution model with RevOps
- Manage targeted LinkedIn and paid social programs, budget, account targeting, and performance analysis
- Build and rebuild AI-driven workflows for monitoring, research, enrichment, and content generation
- Partner daily with two Account Executives to coordinate account strategy, touch quality, and momentum
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound strategy, including B2B with considered, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Direct account-level ABM campaign experience
- Exceptional writing and outreach skills
- Ability to design end-to-end ABM systems connecting research, signals, sequencing, and reporting
- Experience personally building or rebuilding at least two AI-driven workflows
- Track record of unconventional account-based marketing plays
- Ability to execute independently without a team beneath you
- Ability to organize and drive AEs and a BDR without direct authority
- Experience building credibility with sales or adjacent teams
- Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM/ABM tools
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gong, and HubSpot
- Data literacy and ability to own and report account-level targets
- Interest in sustainability and belief in secondhand shopping's industry impact
