Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a set of corporate customers using Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution
Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling
Listen to customers and provide feedback to the business
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quarterly account reviews
Negotiate upsell opportunities by positioning additional Arctic Wolf service offerings
Advise customers using domain and product knowledge to develop future growth plans
Plan and prioritize high-volume activities and requests
Manage customer issues and requests, clarify issue sources and impacts, evaluate courses of action, and coach customers toward alternative solutions
Create and manage automated processes to forecast and communicate at-risk customers
Build risk mitigation plans to retain at-risk accounts
Conduct duties in accordance with AWN Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls

What you’ll need

5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a technology organization
Field sales experience strongly desired
Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment
Aptitude for technology
Knowledge of spreadsheet and Salesforce utilization
Fanatical devotion to customer service, business quality, and data security
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Employment verification required as a condition of employment
Ability to utilize technology related to keyboards, verbal communication, and device screens requiring visual acuity
Mobility to navigate company office spaces if located in an office
Mobility sufficient to use public and private transport during business travel
May need to move or lift 25 pounds or less
