Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a set of corporate customers using Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution
Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling
Listen to customers and provide feedback to the business
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quarterly account reviews
Negotiate upsells by positioning additional Arctic Wolf service offerings
Advise customers using domain and product knowledge to develop future growth plans
Plan and prioritize activities and requests to manage customer issues in a timely manner
Ask clarifying questions, assess issue impact, evaluate courses of action, and make recommendations
Coach customers toward alternate solutions when possible
Create and manage automated processes to forecast and communicate at-risk customers
Build risk mitigation plans to retain at-risk accounts
Conduct duties in accordance with AWN information security policies, standards, processes, and controls

What you’ll need

5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role
Sales experience preferably in a technology organization
Field sales experience strongly desired
Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment
Aptitude for technology
Knowledge of spreadsheets and Salesforce utilization
Strong customer service, business quality, and data security focus
Ability to plan and prioritize a high volume of activities and requests
Ability to use technology involving keyboards, verbal communication, and device screens
Ability to travel using public and private transport when required
May need to move or lift 25 pounds or less
Typically 10% or less business travel
Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check and employment verification
