About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures for blended learning students
- Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work
- Act as a Personal Academic Coach (PAC), supporting students' engagement, progression and academic success
- Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high-quality feedback
- Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students
- Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment
- Report to a Senior Lecturer
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSc or equivalent in one of the following areas: health related, data, AI, business strategy or quality assurance
- Recognised HE Teaching Qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level, or commitment to gain this recognition within 12 months of appointment
- Teaching experience at Undergraduate level
- AdvanceHE Recognition - FHEA or willingness to achieve within 12-18 months
- Experience in Health and Care management or similar areas is desirable
- Current Arden students or those with an upcoming course are not eligible to apply due to a conflict of interest related to system access
