About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee upcoming data centre works across the Nordic region
- Lead and oversee project teams on large-scale construction projects
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end tendering process
- Lead tender teams and competitive submissions
- Plan and execute projects in line with programme
- Develop project plans and schedule start-up meetings
- Design procurement strategies and risk management frameworks
- Liaise with stakeholders and manage resource allocation
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Monitor supply chain relationships
- Ensure implementation of Safety First Guiding Principles
- Facilitate project start-up meetings and contract commencement

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years' experience in the construction industry
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience in data centre, cleanroom or other controlled environment fit out desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large construction projects
- Strong capabilities in CVR, PEP, and Contract Management
- Relevant safety certifications
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Advanced skills in project management software and IT tools
- Knowledge of design procurement
- Knowledge of construction methods and best practice, technologies and materials
- Knowledge of measurement and valuation
- Knowledge of commercial and financial management
- Knowledge of safety, health and quality policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employee relations
