Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute global delivery strategy aligned with growth, financial commitments, and Oracle practice priorities
Lead a $300M+ global services organization across geographies, industries, and service lines
Establish scalable onshore, nearshore, and offshore operating models
Own revenue, margins, operating expenses, profitability, forecasting, backlog conversion, and delivery-related financial commitments
Oversee Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and CX implementations, modernization, and enterprise transformation programs
Lead global resource management, capacity planning, staffing, subcontractor utilization, and productivity
Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and major Oracle transformation engagements
Lead steering committees, program reviews, contract discussions, and critical escalations
Institutionalize delivery methodologies, governance, quality controls, project health reviews, dashboards, and stage gates
Develop and execute AI-enabled delivery strategy across the professional services lifecycle
Govern AI security, intellectual property, client confidentiality, quality, and responsible usage
Run operational, financial, business, and annual planning reviews
Oversee portfolio management, delivery operations, workforce planning, budgeting, recruiting, retention, succession, and continuous improvement
Support acquisition integration, restructuring, and practice consolidation

Requirements

What you’ll need

20+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology consulting, systems integration, or professional services, with significant Oracle ecosystem experience
10+ years in progressively senior delivery leadership roles managing large teams, complex portfolios, and global operations
Demonstrated progression through Oracle Functional/Technical Consultant or Solution Lead; Project/Program Manager; Delivery Director/Portfolio Leader; VP/SVP Delivery; and Global Delivery Executive/CDO or equivalent roles
Direct executive accountability for a $200M+ annual professional services P&L or equivalent business, including revenue, margin, operational performance, and profitability
Extensive onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery leadership and significant Oracle Cloud SaaS and Technology transformation experience
Demonstrated success with enterprise C-suite clients, delivery governance, methodologies, project economics, and operational transformation
Experience implementing AI, automation, or digital delivery improvements with measurable business impact
Strong strategic planning, executive leadership, organizational management, and operational execution
Deep understanding of utilization, realization, gross margin, revenue recognition, forecasting, and resource leverage
Commercial acumen in contracts, delivery risk, and financial governance
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
Ability to lead through growth, complexity, transformation, and organizational change
Data-driven decision-making, performance accountability, and executive team development
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
