About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations product launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities across Product Management, Studios, Gaming Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Track launch achievements, dependencies, and deliverables to support product commercialization and deployment
  • Support launch readiness reviews by gathering information, maintaining documentation, and monitoring action items
  • Develop and maintain launch plans, deployment schedules, product documentation, and communication materials
  • Facilitate transition of products from approval and readiness into market deployment
  • Monitor product launch performance, customer adoption, and portfolio metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Analyze customer, market, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional team members
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, governance, and reporting practices
  • Monitor competitive products, industry trends, and market conditions
  • Assist Product Managers with portfolio planning, product lifecycle activities, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in product management, project management, commercial operations, analytics, gaming, or a related business function
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, initiative, and desire to develop product management and commercialization expertise
  • Gaming, technology, product launch, or commercialization experience is a plus
