About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct the NPI and GSC Program Management function, setting portfolio priorities, operating plans, and performance objectives aligned with business strategy
- Coordinate and drive execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) portfolios across business units
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for NPI and GSC
- Establish and maintain project governance in compliance with PMI or equivalent experience standards and organizational guidelines
- Identify risks and issues, define mitigation and contingency strategies, and ensure clear communication for managed projects and GSC
- Advance innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency while ensuring new products are introduced within set timeframes and budgets
- Build and sustain relationships with key collaborators and encourage an inclusive, collaborative environment
- Support development and implementation of policies and guidelines for NPI and portfolio management
- Drive continuous learning and process improvements
- Apply data-driven decision-making for portfolio optimization, metric tracking, and transparent reporting
- Inspire change management initiatives supporting adoption of new technologies, processes, and business improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of portfolio/program leadership experience, including accountability for complex, business-critical portfolios and functional outcomes
- 5+ years of people/functional leadership experience with accountability for staffing, performance, prioritization, and business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred in engineering, supply chain, operations, or business strategy, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
- PMP certification required
- Background in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or gaming industry operations strongly preferred
- Skilled in project and portfolio management software, such as Microsoft Project, Planview, and data analytics platforms
- Expertise in enterprise portfolio management, governance, and business transformation strategies
- Experience advising and influencing senior/executive leaders on strategic priorities, resource trade-offs, and significant business decisions
- Strong group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Financial competence with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and prioritization
- Experience leading large-scale, sophisticated global initiatives in high-growth or regulated industries
- Ability to build, lead, and develop complementary teams, encouraging an environment of equity and inclusion
