About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites
- Ensure alignment with customer business needs
- Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations
- Troubleshoot software, firmware, and hardware issues
- Develop and manage project plans for timely execution
- Provide post-installation support to maintain system stability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory and operational requirements
- Document processes and prepare detailed reports for continuous improvement
- Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities
- Engage in pre-sales consultation, implementation, and post-sales technical support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts
- Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies
- Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
- Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
- Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required
- Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses
