About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, convert, repair, and de-install gaming machines, signs, and controllers
Coordinate installation and service activities with the Department Head
Provide direct customer support, including training, parts advice, and maintenance programs
Address customer technical challenges in person or over the phone
Report technical trends and issues to management
Liaise with customer representatives and management regarding product performance and operational issues
Monitor service activities and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
Maintain a tidy workplace
Report on field issues and installations monthly
Monitor system-related issues on One Link and Vertex Bingo platforms
Ensure timely response to system-related issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
2+ years of industry-related experience
Electronics qualifications preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies
Organized, meticulous, and hard-working
Ability to travel on short notice and work extended hours
Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment with ease
Must acquire a gaming license
Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
