About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run and maintain existing monthly reporting packages
- Support development of new reports and collaborate with the automation team to improve information and insights
- Implement reporting guidelines and automations into existing reports
- Build timely and insightful data sources to facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with Enterprise D&D Finance to identify reporting gaps and build solutions
- Support the Reporting Center of Excellence with capacity gaps as needed
- Document processes and create standard operating procedures
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing financial data, forecasts, trends, and important metrics to support business decision-making
- Experience building reports in Excel and/or Power BI
- Experience validating data and formatting reports for an executive audience
- Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborator management skills
- Self-motivated with strong accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and global teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in finance-related data reporting, business intelligence, or related fields
- Highly proficient in Power BI or a similar BI dashboard tool
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, modeling, and charts
- Proficiency in Copilot
- Preferred experience, not required, in data transformation tools, SQL, database interaction, IBM Planning & Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Python, and R
