About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead integration of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system into Salesforce in collaboration with the system owner
- Manage CLM reporting, metadata, system functionality, and template creation
- Assist with financial, vendor, contract, document, human resources, department, technology, knowledge, and program management within the Legal team
- Coordinate technology solution initiatives, user engagement, and the technology roadmap
- Coordinate daily business operations of the Legal Operations center of excellence
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, testing, training, implementation, coordination, and support of new technology solutions, especially AI
- Collaborate with the Associate General Counsel – Compliance on a policy governance program
- Draft, review, and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures
- Manage and prioritize special projects
- Document workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal audit purposes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5+ years in a corporate legal environment with a strong emphasis on operations and project management
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience required
- Proven experience in process development and continuous process improvement in legal systems
- Familiarity with current and emerging technology and the ability to manage projects effectively
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling a heavy workload and meeting several deadlines
- Proficiency with advanced Adobe and Microsoft apps, including Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Must handle highly confidential and sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality to protect the organization
- Self-motivated great teammate with the ability to recognize and address business challenges
