About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex and sensitive employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and whistleblower cases
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes across cases
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement appropriate outcomes, including PIPs, terminations, and corrective actions
  • Conduct objective, detailed investigations and provide clear recommendations
  • Identify employee relations trends, hotspots, and emerging risks, and proactively mitigate issues
  • Ensure adherence to global employee relations frameworks, protocols, and governance standards
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation in case management systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and global standards
  • Represent the organization in external forums, including hearings and regulatory processes, when required
  • Advise People Partners, Business Partners, and managers on senior or complex employee relations matters
  • Support escalation and resolution of enterprise-level employee relations risks
  • Contribute to developing and continuously improving employee relations policies, frameworks, and procedures
  • Ensure consistency in policy and practice application across regions and business units
  • Coach leaders on employee relations standards and effective team management
  • Build manager capability to reduce repeat issues and prevent avoidable employee relations cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in employee relations, ideally in a global or multi-country environment
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume complex investigations and sensitive workplace issues
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders effectively
