Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Casino Audit teams with OASIS software modules and troubleshoot audit report issues
Read and interpret T-SQL queries relevant to OASIS Auditing software
Coordinate resources across various groups to resolve OASIS issues effectively
Adapt to changing circumstances and strategies
Apply Salesforce to log problems and track resolution activities
Ensure timely completion of customer requests by verifying daily outstanding issues
Advance problems according to established procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication records
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in an audit-related field
Strong understanding of casino slot auditing principles and processes
Proven customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Preferred experience with T-SQL and database concepts
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities
Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
An Associate degree or equivalent experience combined with education is preferred
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
Preferred experience in casino operations
Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) is required and registration in other gaming jurisdictions may be required
Ability to work in an office environment, maneuver around the workspace, and operate a computer and other office equipment
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Achieve OASIS Master Certification within 180 days of hire or transfer
