About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Associate Director, Quality Assurance
Ensure gaming products meet established standards for design integrity, performance, and functionality
Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation according to defined processes and standards
Interpret and apply QA methodologies to support product quality objectives
Develop, execute, and refine test plans and procedures to identify, track, and report defects
Plan, coordinate, and perform testing activities to ensure products meet required quality benchmarks
Document test results, internal reviews, and other QA activities accurately and completely
Produce clear and concise reports communicating testing outcomes and quality metrics
Ensure ongoing compliance with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements
Support additional QA initiatives and responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exposure to or experience in game testing, preferably within the gaming or slot industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of work
Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, After Effects)
Proficiency with Windows and Linux environments
Proficiency with JIRA and Tortoise SVN
