About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the consistency and conformance of slot machines and gaming systems to meet design specifications
- Partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure compliance with gaming standards and internal quality expectations
- Act as an Electrical authority supporting Operations Quality, Supplier Quality, Field Quality Engineering, and the broader Operations group
- Engage in issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Monitor manufacturing and test processes
- Analyze production quality data and lead product and process improvement activities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and collaborate with Hardware Engineering on robust design and product validation
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and support internal and external audits
- Apply quality tools and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase product reliability
- Help protect the brand reputation by delivering high-quality gaming products
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area, or comparable experience
- More than 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering
- Proficiency in industry workmanship standards, inspection techniques, process controls, and quality systems
- Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, and visual displays
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO standards
- Experience with CAD - Solid Works / Altium applications
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications
- Strong communication skills
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred
