About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop full life cycle automation solutions from intake through development, debugging, testing, production deployment, and documentation
Review automated solutions with the Tech Lead to ensure objectives and guidelines are met
Develop and review sustainability documentation for automated processes
Contribute to team training and professional development
Maintain and debug existing processes
Participate in meetings with business collaborators to provide functional and technical support
Identify automation opportunities and discuss process improvements
Improve existing automations for faster run times and balanced processes
Assist the Transformation team with strategic and tactical automation roll-outs
Lead development of automation tools using Blue Prism, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, Python, and other tools
Ensure team automation processes follow compliance guidelines and organizational standards
Help team members develop expertise in Python, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, and AI tools
Optimize automation runtime performance and reliability
Integrate AI/ML tools such as Gemini, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex into workflows
Support proof-of-concept development by evaluating new tools and frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
1+ years of Automation Development Experience
Advanced abilities in Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Agentic Automation
High-level Blue Prism skills
Experience with Power Automate
Experience with AI tools including Gemini, CoPilot Studio, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex
Experience working with multiple ERP systems and legacy environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to set and accomplish goals
Organizational and interpersonal skills
High accountability in achieving common business goals
Adaptability to changing demands and frequently changing priorities
Preferred experience with CoPilot Studio, Python, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Concur, Snowflake, PowerBI, IPA, R, SQL, Java, C++, C#, and Selenium
